Philanthropic Engagement
I plan and oversee project related to mental well-being issues of university students. I coordinate a large and diverse team. I optimise and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
Journalism Intern
I wrote science content for in Science Media Centre Malaysia. I contacted and interviewed local scientists for publications. I published two items in total during my internship.
Class Representative
I was the spokesperson for students and lecturers. I maintained welfare of students in my major, Animal Biology Department.
Chinese Teacher & Interpreter
I did Chinese-English interpretation for non-Chinese students. I also gave Chinese lessons to a foreign student.
Animal Welfare Worker
I used to volunteer in Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Penang.

I was offered admission to a fully funded PhD program in Evolution, Ecology and Organismal Biology at the University of California, Riverside (UCR) for Fall 2022.

I obtained the award for 6 consecutive semesters during my undergraduate study.
I was awarded a grant for a skill-based volunteering project LineHayat.
